With a nice strong coffee, you will find this will be the most productive part of your day. A bike ride, a walk to the park, or a kick of the ball should do it.3/ At midday, have lunch and then put the children to sleep (If the children are still having sleeps). For multiple children, try to synchronize sleeps as much as possible. If they don’t sleep during the day anymore, organize a little quiet time. Have them sit down and watch some TV, read some books, or have them do some drawing. You should – with some luck, get some more time to yourself to concentrate on your business.4/ When the kids are up, or quiet time is finished, wait till your wife gets home or your children go to bed to do some more.
