Home Business Tips – The Right Tool For The Right Job
Let me ask you a question. Would you try to open a bottle of beer with a hammer? Okay, I understand that some of those beer bottles can be a pain the backside to get open, but a hammer isn’t going to do the job unless you want glass in your glass. Well, this same thing applies to running your own home business. You need the right tool for the right job. This article is going to give you three examples. Hopefully, they’ll get the point across.Let’s start with what’s basically the most common thing you’re going to need when running a home business online…a web site. After all, you want people to come to that site in order to see what it is you have to offer. Well, how are you going to build that site? Sure, you can, if you like, crank out something like Notepad and do all the coding by hand. But even I don’t want to go that route and I have a certification in coding. Wouldn’t it be a lot easier to get a WYSIWYG editor so that you can just type, point and click? Again, the right tool for the right job. What about graphic designs for your web site? Well, I don’t know any other way to do graphics than with a program that is specifically made to create them. Oh sure, I guess you can get your digital camera and take photos of whatever graphics you want to include on your site. But they’re going to look like crap without some kind of editing once you get them uploaded…which is another thing. Why knock yourself out uploading images when you can just get clipart online, copy and paste. Again, the right tool for the right job. What about if you want to make videos? Well, you need a video camera, plain and simple. But what about editing? Well, if you don’t want to splurge for something like Camtasia, you can always just make sure that when you shoot your video it is absolutely flawless from the start. That way you won’t need an editor. Oh but wait…how many people can shoot flawless videos? With something like Camtasia, you can make mistakes and cut them out of the finished video, not to mention all the professional effects you can add. Again, the right tool for the right job.Running a home business is hard enough. You need a great product, great ad copy and targeted traffic to see your offer. You don’t need to make things harder for yourself by trying to open a bottle of beer with a hammer. To YOUR Success,Steven Wagenheim
