Working at home is now seen as a perfect job for a mother who wants to make sure her family gets what they need, but also has a strong commitment to build a career and earn some cash. There are also big companies offering work flexibility program which allows the employees to work from home.Working at home is actually not less busy than working in office. Smart in scheduling times is a must-have ability for mothers especially for those who work at home. There are should be fixed times to do household tasks, work in your computer and spend a valuable time for yourself, and make sure you are consistent to it. You also have to give understanding to husband and children about your role as a worker and your time for working.The undermining surrounding can also make you face more difficulties than those who work in the office. There will be also times where you will lose your motivation and passion to work.
