The Importance of Your Business Team Family
Just so you know where I am coming from, I am going to tell you what has happened to bring me to write this article. I have been involved with an online business for a few years now, and have always been impressed with the system and how it continues to evolve with the changing times. Along with the system is the amazing products that have enriched my health in many ways. As well, I have always gotten along with the people within the business, but only considered them friends at best. Two months ago our 4 ½ year old daughter was diagnosed with ALL (leukemia – cancer of the blood). Within a few hours, our life changed. No to go into great detail about this, but the next 2 – 3 years are going to be a huge change for our direct family. Here is where things concerning the business come into play. Within the business we are associated with, we have up-lines, down-lines and side-lines. When my wife and I found out (we do this business together), we were emotionally and mentally a wreck. Maintaining the business was not even a faint thought at that point, however it was very important for the success of it. As soon as our up-line coach found out, he immediately sent out a call for assistance in helping us. To our amazement, there was a flood of team members lined up to help with our business wherever they could. We had side-lines that were taking time out of their business to do things for us with no benefit to themselves. We had members above us making sure we were personally looked after in terms of housing, financial, as well as travel needs. And this was not just for the first day or two, it was for a month and a half till we figured out what and where and how our lives were going to move on to.To me, this is not something that you find in just any business. These people are special and are now our OBS family and not just team members. You need to feel when you start a new business that the people around you are more than just people. They need to genuinely care about you and your business, but not just from a dollar value to them. When you get people around you that treat you more like family, you have joined the right team. When you have your business family around you, success is not far away.
