This can be a good thing, sometimes perfect for a new business, so they bring lots to the table as well.Generation Y – usually born in the second half of the 1970s to the year 2000 – This generation is sometimes referred to as the Net Generation. Everything is quick, fast, and easy. They seem to pick things up very quickly, have ideas to improve things, and will do anything to achieve results in minimal time.So combining all these positives from each generation; Using the knowledge of the internet, the quick ideas on how to improve things, but having the patience and the perseverance to stick to the same thing until the business succeeds, you could really make a new business for the whole family, work for you.
